Yellow Baked Fries

This recipe can't be any easier, plus they're really delicious too.

4 to 6 Yellow Potatoes
Salt or Seasonings

Wash off your Potatoes.
Cut them into wedges, small or large depending on how you like your fries. I like them large so I cut them accordingly.
Put them in a large pot of water like you are making mashed potatoes.
Only boil them until they are very al dente, firm but still a little soft.
Take them out of the water and put onto paper towel and dry them off as much as you can.
Place on a pan and cover with a little oil and salt or seasonings. I put Lawry's seasoning salt on mine.
Bake for 20-30 minutes, depending on your climate and elevation. Mine baked for 25 minutes.
They will be crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. 

These are a yummy treat, and fun for the kids to have some homemade fries. You can even freeze them and bring them out when you have some homemade burgers too.
