Hello Dolly Pie

This is Oooey Gooey Deliciousness!

I just modified a recipe for Hello Dolly Bars and turned it into a pie instead.

INGREDIENTS:

1 premade pie crust

(the small one might be better, I think mine was too big, but it still tasted great!)

1 cup - chocolate chips

1 cup - chopped pecans

1 cup - flaked coconut

1 14oz. can - sweetened condensed milk

Unwrap pie crust and start sprinkling chocolate chips in the bottom.

Sprinkle coconut flakes on top of chocolate chips.

And sprinkle pecans over chocolate and coconut.

Then pour sweetened condensed milk evenly on top of all ingredients.

Bake at 350* for 20 minutes.

Cut when cool and enjoy!!!

Chalkboard Wall Frame

I just moved, so I am decorating my kitchen with a Mexican theme, since that is my favorite kind of food. The first addition is this Chalkboard Wall Frame that I have always wanted to do. I actually painted the wall for this. I thought that if I were to write on the frame itself then it would wobble, and since I wanted to use this Chalkboard every day I wanted it to be sturdy.

   All you need is Chalkboard paint( I bought the paint at Walmart), a frame and painting tape( I used masking tape). Oh, and chalk to write on your new board. First take a painted frame and decide where you want it. Mine is in the entry to my kitchen.

 Trace and tape where you want to paint.

 Start painting the wall. It took me a few coats.

And there you go. You can even change the frame as often as you want.
